Builders Warehouse Boksburg terrible returns service

I bought a Black & Decker cordless drill from Builders Warehouse Boksburg. I explained to the salesperson that I was drilling into 5mm steel plates and I was advised to buy this particular model. The salesperson insisted that because it was 18v it would drill with ease. I was sold the ‘strongest’ drill bits too. After using this machine for less than 10 mins I realised that this was more of a *****driver than a drilling machine. I returned it to Builders Warehouse Boksburg where the head of that department, Tammy, said he would refund it but needed to check with his manager Boukie. This issue than arose as to why I had used the drill if it was not the right one. I tried to explain that I didn’t know it wasn’t strong enough until l used it. After explaining over and over that this product was not up to standard I was told that I should keep it as a ‘spare’. I’m forced to let this expensive piece of equipment gather dust while I buy another drill from Leroy Merlin. Builders Warehouse and their returns department suck
