Builders Warehouse Boksburg poor service

Absolutely no care and shocking in store and after sale service, from Builders Warehouse Boksburg.I purchased tike adhesive material and paid for delivery on Wednesday and was promised delivery on Friday it is Saturday 26 November 2022, I started calling from 08h30, we had to buy 10 bags tile cement from another provider so the tilers can continue to work. They are booked for Sunday as well and I am stressing, it is 12h15 and still no delivery. Total inconvenience, inconsiderate and they don't care that you are losing money.
