Builders Warehouse Boksburg - Went instore to buy building material on Friday 16 Dec for delivery on Monday 19 Dec! Order received on Tuesday 20 Dec @ 16:30! After about 20 phone calls nobody in the call centre could assist us as to when delivery will happen and nobody phones back as they promise! I wish you had a no star rating, becaise the service that we received does not deserve 1 star! The customer service is shocking. Workers needs to be paid for a full day of doing nothing! If I had any choice I would NEVER buy anything from builders again!
