Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein, Terrible service from store manager!

Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein has the WORST customer service ever!

On 21 February I requested a quote for a generator online. That took over a week, which I needed to follow up with a call.

We then accepted the quote and asked for an invoice as the company sponsoring us was ready to make payment. For us to get a sponsorship, we needed an Invoice or Proforma Invoice.

I mailed the generic email address numerous times without response. I then called, but you go through to a call centre. They attempted so many times to connect me to the store to speak to some one who could help to no avail. A store that just doesn't answer their phones.

I eventually got hold of the store Manager, Francois van Dyk's email address to which he rep**** he cannot help me.

I have gone back and forth and today, over a month later of battling I spoke to Francois again, to get a rude response from someone who has NO idea how to speak to an upset customer.

So Builders, go generate yourself some customer service training! We won't buy a nut or bolt from your Bloemfontein store!

Shameful, but obvious behaviour from someone who gets paid a salary and doesn't need generate one. We will buy from a small business now who wants to help.
