Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein pathetic service
Warehouse Bloemfontein branch. Bought items for delivery which were to be delivered this morning. Phoned the branch 7 times and they refuse to help or put me through to the branch manager. Spoke to Dimakatso who was not helpful at all! She even dropped the phone in my ear! And now I have to pay contractors for a full even though they did not do any work. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. They sold me items knowing very well that their loading equipment is broken. Now I have to wait and pay contractors while I'm at it.
