1st I would like to give gratitude an appreciation to Zola of the builder's warehouse contact center based in cape town. She was extremely patient and helpful. She stayed with me on the phone for 20 minutes until we got disconnected. She called me back to continue with the call. She went out of her way to connect me with Builder's Protea Glen.

2nd much appreciation to Keo****tse from Protea Glen branch. He walked me through the online application process. From start to finish.

At the end of our conversation I was blown away with world class service. I extremely appreciative of the staff and assistant I received, these 2 agents definitely deserve an increase.

Management must really appreciate their stuff for the brilliant service which these 2 agents provide. Thank you very much. I Wil always be loyal to Builder's Warehouse because of these 2 staff members.
