Builders Warehouse BIG BULLY

Dear Sir, On the 11 of June 2021, I ordered on line, an Allies Inverter, from Builders Warehouse in Somerset West, for R5695.00, paid by EFT. The web site order indicated a delivery of 7 to 13 days. After 11 days I was informed they can not supply and was advised to cancel the order and they will refund me within 7 to 14 days. I insisted on an immediate refund, as they already had my funds for 11 days without performance, where after they responded that there is nothing they can do, as it is company refund policy. I arranged a meeting with the on line order manager, that told me the previous day that his hands are tied, also requesting the presence of the financial manager, to resolve this problem. After a polite discussion explaining my request, no progress until a heated discussion took place. They promised to investigate and escalate the matter without result. I am still waiting for my refund of R5695.00. The way big companies bully individuals in this financial manner, is a total disgrace. Pensioner.
