Builders "Warehouse"

As of Sunday 12 December 2021, I will never set foot in a Builders store again. After looking on the website for a lawnmower, the website showed stock at New Market store. We went there, only to find there was no stock. The sales people were nice enough to advise that there is 2 in stock at Carnival Express Store. Well after driving there we found no stock there either.

After the first consultant called the person in charge of the gardening department we were told that there is no stock and the website is wrong. What really flipped me off is when the one consultant said " You should have called" and the other one started laughing. WHY do you have a website with a stock system on your website if we still need to call the store like in the 90s.

You should fire your web developer as well as the *********** staff working at the stores!
