Builders Warehouse

On 10 December 2024 I saw a special online for gas cylinders I bought 3 cylinders and also processed the payment on 14 December 2024. I went to builders warehouse in Fourways crossing to collect and I was told that they cannot release the order as there was an error on the system on the day I purchased. They said they can refund but I don't want the refund I want the cylinders I bought. This is not acceptable the consumer tights act dates that I have a right to pay the amount I saw when I purchased. builders warehouse do the right thing and release the cylinders I bought I have already paid gore those product.
