BUILDERS WAREHOUSE BEDWORTH PARK, DO NOT BUY OR ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE AT THIS WAREHOUSE.

Over a week ago I wanted to purchase some items online through there online website from Bedworth Park warehouse.6 times using 2 bank accounts payment would not go through. phoning their care center was told that because of load shedding it would be better to visit and swipe my card at the warehouse. Okay, fine with me. Went to the warehouse on Friday the 3rd of February, checked that they still had stock of the items I wanted. Went to the supervisor at the tills told her what happened no problem paid for the items and for delivery to my home. Yesterday the 7th tried to phone to see when my items would be delivered. More problems, one cannot phone the store direct as you must go through their customer care center. Eventually spoke to a young lady at the store who said she would phone me back, still waiting. I tried again this morning only to be told on a very bad line that they have to get some items from a different warehouse as they have no stock. Why then if I had paid for the items last Friday the 3rd were they not then delivered on Saturday. Why must I now wait and again for a phone call to see when I will receive them. They have my money so where is my goods.
