Builders Warehouse Baobab - terrible customer service!

I placed an order on the 3rd of November and as at the 12th of November, it hasn't been delivered. Their website stipulates a 2 - 5 working days turnaround time. I have been trying to get a hold of the despatch manager and when I eventually did this morning, he said he'd get back to me. I'm still waiting. Builders Warehouse Baobab, I am appalled at your service! I'm being told it will be delivered this Friday, and I won't be available. What a terrible experience!
