BUILDERS WAREHOUSE BANNER RAISED UP HIGH
This is to give an appraisal to one of the staff member of Builders Warehouse who actually took "customer service" out to the extreme. The company must really be proud of having such staff members who at all time see the members of the public as their customers.
Earlier this morning, we had a car mechanical problem and got a very enthuastic gentleman wearing the company's T-Shirt assist us. When he saw us stuck on the highway he immediately jumped out of his car to our rescue.
I hear the reason for Builders Warehouse having their staff to travel to and from work with uniform is for some kind of liability insurance from the company but I can tell you, the whole idea of having them wear your uniform is actually to raise the company's banner raised up high, which serves as a good, well-thought initiative.
I unfortunately didn't even get the guy's name but I at least have his registration number though I won't put in the whole number for safety reasons. He works in the Strubens Valley branch - CJ 33 ** GP.
WELL DONE TO HIM ON GAINING A CUSTOMER'S CONFIDENCE.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us about the wonderful experience you had this morning.
I am so happy to hear that my colleague was able to assist you during this stressful time. I will do everything I can to track him down so that he can be acknowledged for his kind gesture.
If there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know.
Kind Regards
Kurt
