BUILDERS WAREHOUSE BAD SERVICE AGAIN.

On Saturday 12th I purchased a tin of rust-o-leum from BUILDERS WAREHOUSE in Port Elizabeth. On Sunday I found the product to be faulty and returned it to builders in Queenstown. After a lengthy argument due to *********** people on security at the door and later by floor staff I was assured that the product will be collected the following day from East london. Monday I was told the product is only available from p.e and they have stock and will be couriered to queenstown by Wednesday. I contacted builders on several days to follow up as they failed to contact me. On Friday 18 February they contacted me informing me that port elizabeth has no stock and courier failed to collect. I confirmed with port Elizabeth and they confirmed that they do have stock. Now I was told that I will only receive it on Monday 21 February. This ***********, and lack of reasonable service is unacceptable.
