Builders Warehouse - Bad Service
PI placed an order online on the 8th of September, but my order was split into two deliveries. I have received 1 roll of membrane and 2 x 20L paint, but the remaining 7 rolls of membrane have still not been delivered.
A week ago, I received a call from Kwamhlanga Builders Warehouse informing me that I was too far and that they would transfer my order — but it appears this was never done. Today is the 18th, and I am still unable to continue with my work because of this delay. I've called the online number and explained the situation, was then told that Kwamhlange will deliver by teh 30th of September, which I know is not the case as they will not deliver..........................

16 Sept 2025, 12:55I've received an email saying my order has now been cancelled and I will be refunded 2-10 days. So you've waste 8 days of my time already and now this. I find it hard to believe that a big store like Builders Warehouse cant supply a simple product like membrane for sealing a roof?
