Builders warehouse bad service

I had an issue with online sales not being honoured and wrote about it on this site. Someone from builders warehouse contacted me very fast to follow up and said that he would be speaking to the rep for the product I wanted on Friday 1st of August and would come back to me immediately. More than a week later I have had no feedback and total silence from them This is really terrible service
