Builders warehouse Bad service.

Really getting tired of Builders warehouse. Made 2 separate online orders *** and *** orders where made on 16/08/2021 and 20/08/2021

On the 23rd I made a enquiry via email and I received an automated email saying that I'll be contacted within 48hours. This never happened. Today I mailed again same automated response.

My order that was placed on the 16th stated order can be collected at the 21st. Received only partial of my order with no estimated of the outstanding items. My order that was placed on the 20th said its canceled when you go in to the order but it also says in progress? Really getting frustrated with builders as they never seem to get back to you of you have a problem.
