Builders Warehouse bad practice

Bought split air-conditioning unit from online Builders website on 27/02/2023, received payment confirmation by email with the free delivery note and delivery scheduled for 1st March 2023. Today, on the delivery date, I checked the status on Builders website – they added delivery fees and rescheduled the delivery for 2,5 weeks. No additional info, no excuse? I am outraged with this lousy business etiquette and harmful way of bringing customers to dispute. I would never do any future business with this kind of trader.
