Builders warehouse-Bad Experience

Hi There , i have made an online purchase on the 26/11/2025 at 12:30pm from that date till today 03/12/2025 its been six days i havent received my order.Called and spoke to Siphokazi time 16:30pm date 02.12.2025 from Builders warehouse call centre and she said she has escalated to complaints department and the guys name is Brady.Called Agent Sino 01/12/2025-09:25am and he advised that his collegue Brady called me yesterday the 02/12/2025 but i never got any call from his number.i asked Sino to please speak to his manager named shani bear in mind this was at 09:2025am and he advised me that she is busy and will call back.Currently it is 10:50am spoke to Polunna and advised me that her manager named Celest from complaints department will call me back i advised Polunna that Celeste has till 1pm to call me today and if she doesnt call me back ill escalate this further.i ended the call at 11:10am 03/12/2025.Will wait to see if Manager Celeste will call me back.
