Builders Warehouse.. avoid at all costs.

I placed an order online, paid and recieved confirmation of the order being placed on Monday. Free delivery in 2 to 5 days....

I heard nothing, and there was no movement on the order 4 days later. I call builders Helpline, trying to track down the order, ended up being directed to Durban North, (order placed in cape town) was promised a call back... nothing . Called again in the afternoon, was informed that the delivery would be dispatched on Monday, and that the stock was sitting at Tableview branch. Asked if I could fetch from Tableview, which i was told i could.

Go through to Tableview. Only 1 of the three items ordered available. Told suppliers closed, and will probably have to wait till January.

Told then unacceptable and to cancel the order and refund me.. to which I was promised they would try track down the stock and come back to me.... Of course, nothing has materialized.

Do yourself a favour, avoid this paying builder warehouse premium.prices, for none existent service and complete ineptitude from their staff.
