Builders Warehouse are useless

What a pathetic and useless business. I checked with the online stock to make sure which branch had stock of a pump I needed. There were 7 pumps shown in the city branch , so I drove through in the traffic , I arrived and asked for one. I was told there was not stock since the day before. I then pulled up the website and showed them that in cat it showed 7 in stock. The answer with arrogance was, what would you like me to do. What a pathetic service, seems you cannot trust what they have on the website , as I sit here now they are showing 6 left in stock, and that is now about 3 hours after telling me they have none.
