Builders Warehouse are Spammers

They are constantly sending me emails. I have firstly made sure when i opened my account that i would not receive and email communication apart from my invoices. Over the last two weeks I have been bombarded with mails asking me to get an card. When you click on unsubscribe it takes me to my online account subscription options. All of the options are not selected and have never been selected, yet i still keep on getting this *******. I sent a complaint via their website (You do not have an option to complain about the website/Email) I got a response saying i would get a notification that my account was accessed and to not worry about it, they would just be deselecting my subscriptions. If they had read my complaint they would know that all was already deselected. Builders is violating the POPI act in not having a functioning unsubscribe option, my next recourse will be to take it up with the regulators.
