Builders Warehouse are a joke !!!

I went into Builders in Northriding on Wednesday the 27th Sept to buy paint. There was a builders worker who was clueless and a DURAM rep with an attitude. Mbeulelo? who was the DURAM rep was rude to me when I asked him why he was looking behind him, when I was explaining what I was wanting. I then got a lecture from him on customer service !! He was very patronising to say the least, but when I asked him something I had said he couldn't repeat it because he hadn't been listening in the first place. He then very rudely in an African language, told the builders worker to attend to me, he was ****** useless. I asked at least 4 times for him to call the manager as wanted to complain there and then about the attitude of the DURAM rep. A chap came along by the name of Keith who said he would deal with the situation but not in a very convincing tone. I then went to the information desk to ask to speak to the store manager, Jeanette who was there assumed I wanted to speak to Keith because I was holding colour charts from the paint dept. I was then told he was in a meeting and would be 5 minutes !! Really...I then asked to speak to the store manager, who just happened to be on the phone nearby. While I was waiting for him to finish his call, I was talking to Jeanette and pointing out who the DURAM rep was, as I wanted to know his name, he wasn't wearing a name badge. He was with another customer but basically waved me off with his hands. Jeanette saw this gesture !! The store manager got off the phone and while I was explaining it all to him, Keith arrived. Keith didn't know the name of this person and had to go and ask him, then he came back to me. I explained that I was very unhappy with this person, and how dare he wave me off, who the hell does he think he is? I wrote down my name and number for Keith who said once again, he would deal with it, and I asked for feedback. I am still waiting for said feedback !! Clearly Keith was never going to do anything about this person. IT'S DISGUSTING THAT A CUSTOMER IS TREATED THIS WAY, I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. The arrogance of some of the staff beggars belief!! I went into the builders in Strubens Valley builders and what a difference. Staff that were friendly, they greeted you and went out of their way to help. They put the Northriding store to shame.
