Builders Warehouse and their empty promises
It's amazing how, after they have taken your money, the excuses about delays in delivery comes to the fore. I bought 10 bags of cement and was told it sill be deliver the next morning to site. I took a call at 07h58 saying it is on its was to site. LOL, it's now 10h59 and I needed to go buy a bag to keep the builders busy while we wait for a delivery sometime today, tomorrow or whenever Builders decides they want to deliver.

Builders Warehouse, you need to get your service standards up to scratch before you lose out to other suppliers, which is something I am considering.

Builders Warehouse, you need to get your service standards up to scratch before you lose out to other suppliers, which is something I am considering.

It simply greed, as opposed to delivering to each customer, they lump as many deliveries onto one truck for maximum profit and minimum customer satisfaction. Perhaps going to Buco, Built-it or Brights Hardware would have meant being a happy customer. Hell, because I am not a happy Builders Warehouse customer.
