Builders Warehouse and RCS ABUSE ME

I am very dissatisfaction about the way they deal with customers. I payed my account there since they work hand in hand with RCS. The payment I made in January 14, 2025 is reflecting to RCS system yet from my FNB account it reflect that it was paid to builders warehouse newlands east store. The paint as unreliable customer and they impact on credit records because of their systems failure. The blame is on me now and I am expected to pay R1 250 00 again. I don’t have such. My bank printed the report informing them about money paid to them but they can’t find because of their systems failure’s . I am victim of abuse now by RCS. HELLO PETER HELP ME!!!
