Builders Warehouse and Builders Worcester. Worst service and Reporting

Builders Warehouse online, and Builders Worcester Western Cape deliver pathetic service. I while ago i ordered a tv stand and waited more than a week. When i contacted them they told me that they do not have it anymore and that they will give me a cash refund. I drove to Worcester two times only fo them to tell my they can not find me order. They waste my petrol and my time, and they do not want to give me my money back. I demand a refund and my petrol costs because it i unprofessional service for the second time i received from them. I just mailed the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and The National Consumer Commission to see if they can help me because Builders is starting to ***** peoples money
