Builders Warehouse also ducking their warranty responsibility

Sadly, Builders Warehouse have decided to hide behind the same garbage excuse as Lalela to excuse their selling a product which is completely not fit for purpose. Builders originally said that they would make a full refund under there own warranty, but after completing numerous forms and sending endless emails, they have changed their position and now claim that the system sold to combat load shedding is not designed to combat, guess what, load shedding. Unbelievable, but I guess there are so many complaints that they have decided to try and hide instead of stand up and do the right thing. I am formally requesting an attorney willing to raise a class action against both companies please. They need to be brought to book for their pathetic and I think legally unacceptable service.
