Builders Warehouse Alex Mall

Today I went to Buildersware House at Alex Mall. I required a quotation for building material as I am fixing my house. The service at that depo is horrible no one is willing to help. The sales guy that was helping me was so impatient and not helpful at all and extremely rude. The overall stuff is just not for promoting a good image for the brand if I compare the service I receive at Greenstone to Alex Mall the service at Alex Mall is pathetic. This is not the first time I am receiving such a bad service 2 weeks ago I went to the same store at Alex Mall searching for taps no one was interested to help. Their sales ppl are either sitting by the counter looking all busy and pre occupied or they are all outside doing what I don't know. I am not sure why such a store got opened in our local vicinity we rather go to the old type hardwares around the township cause those hardware staff know that customer is king. The staff at Builders ware house at Alex Mall better change their attitude or close their store.
