Builders Warehouse Alberton worst customer service ever

<p>I went to Alberton Builders warehouse today to by tiles for bathroom walls. I even took a sample tile of existing floor to mix and match! I did manage to find a tile that were matching with what i got, according to the display in store. I bought the right amount of tiles needed. When i got at home and unloaded tiles, and matcing it with what i got i realized that it was not the same colour as diplayed in store. I had to upload all tiles again to return back to Builders warehouse. Got there and explained the situation. The man at the tile deparment told me that the display differs from the actual tiles because the display is old and the tiles in stock are diffrent batch. I demanded to see the manager and he called someone else (not a manager). This guy said no, there are 3 diffrent shades in that spsific tile and that they will get the right one at the back. He came back and told me that the gray shade is out of stock allthough it show that there is stock on the SYSTEM. Then i asked them why did they give me the wrong tiles if the one on display is out of stock? Then they said sorry. Then i said sorry is not making up for my time and petrol wasted. So i returned the tiles and got my money back and whent to Tile Africa where i got some better help.</p> <p>PLEASE don't call me. the pupose of this post is intirely to make the public aware of the poor service and *********** staff at Builders warehouse!!! in Alberton!!</p> <p>Please train your staff better to sevice consumers so that they don't have to waste there time and petrol money. I will forward this post to ********** aswell and i am still looking for other organisations regarding bad consumer services in south africa.</p> <p>And please, don't just get people from the street without training or any knowledge to serve client's. It is so unprofessional! and pathetc!</p>
