builders warehouse a nightmare!

builders warehouse service and support is atrocious. you can walk through isles and not find a single assistant. when you do ask for help, they are generally clueless. lastly, I out in an order for delivery on the 16 august 2020. To date 03 September I have not got my delivery. Please note that builders warehouse Constantia is by far the worst branch for assistance. The shop is in chaos and the staff are just rude and ***********.

Hi Kurt, I dont have the old invoice number for the 2 bags of cement that is hard, unfortunately, i never kept it. All cement has been purchased from Builders in Constantia branch
