Builders Warehouse a dissapointment

Builders promised delivery within a week, yet I'm now approaching the end of the second week with nothing. Despite multiple emails and calls, I’ve received no response. I even had to pay a contractor for a wasted trip because I was assured my items were on the way. Then, I was told delivery was finally happening—I took a day off work, and still, nothing arrived. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing. If you're ordering online, give yourself at least a month to avoid the hassle. I certainly won’t be using them again.
