Builders Warehouse - A *******

I purchased Garden Master Kikuyu seeds, Garden Master compost, bonemeal and fertiliser from Builders… spent 5 days of labour o 120sqm of lawn prep…. After all the prep, we layered the compost and bonemeal and planted the seed in rows. After 2 weeks, there are nutsedge **** growing in rows where we planted. It seems the compost was infected. Wrote to Builders, sent them pictures, took samples of the ****s to Builders. Only for the manager of the branch to tell me the nutsedge ****s are grass. No accountability, no care of the financial loss and lack of enforcement of supplier quality from a Retailer that has captured the African market… it’s a stark reminder that true service is perhaps only available at the smaller retailers lived by their owners. I spend thousands of rands each month at this store. I can safely say I won’t be supporting them anymore.
