Yet again another dissapointing review since I posted a negative review last week for same company. Builder Warehouse you will never see me again! I was supposed to be assisted with my issue but over this pass week you didn't bother to make cintact with me again. I accept your challenge... wait a sec... you won.... customer care seems like a game to you.

05 Jul 2020, 16:57I am so dissapointed to say the least. The last review I wrote I recieved a reply but sadly an entire week went by without any further communication from BW. Do we pay for inconvenience?? From the start I send photos and proof of payment and I was informed by BW customer care that I will be sorted. This was a few weeks ago. I am being send from pillar to post with weeks dragging by without any outcome! What am I to do???

I've received feedback for my complaints team.
They have advised that they have requested you to send them your proof of purchase. The bank statement that you sent does not reflect any transaction for Builders for the month stipulated. Once we have the proof of payment we will then be able to assist you.
