Purchased an aircon on Black Friday deal which was meant to deliver in 5 days.

Several follow up to builders customer service and no one gets back to you.

Spoken to Ibabalwe and ashwin today. Another level of incompetence where the order is cancelled and they as me to order and pay R2k more for an aircon. Apparently the rider cannot be reinstated and Black Friday price.

So to review. Order accepted and not delivered No feedback from customer service. You need to call them. Totally *********** and 0 customer service.
