Builder's warehouse

So i bought a fridge from builders warehouse in montana and decided to collect it the following business day. Upon collection i hire my own delivery van which charges me only collection( no waiting included) When i get to builder's warehouse i they make me wait for an hour with no one willing to assist , i complain to the managers and still nothing is done about it. I get charged an extra 400 because i made my delivery guys wait and extra hour which results in them missing out on another job because of builders warehouse. I give this store zero rating. If my goods came to me as quick as they took my money. Take caution when you go to the collection section and builders warehouse montana.
