Following an incomplete delivery for an online order, with goods cited as damaged, I have had no correspondence, and no e-mail replies, from Builders Warehouse Erasmus Park. It has been a week now since the other items were delivered. They seem to simply ignore their customers, leading to much frustration. I hope that my complaint on this platform will elicit a response...
