Builders Warehouse ****

Purchased over 20 of the magneto lamps , 5 months later had a problem with 3 lamps , had to booked them in multiple times for repairs , each time they kept it for over 3 weeks and still didn’t repair them , finally i requested a replacement or a credit , builders warehouse manager said they weren’t liable for these lamps and I Should contact Tevo directly, I was given an email address ***. I sent them an email , no surprise. They didn’t have the decency To respond , builders warehouse needs to stop ****ming the consumers by selling junk and not taking responsibility for faulty appliances

P.S. - they have trollies filled with these Tevo magneto lamps which have been brought in for repairs, obviously there is a problem with these units yet they continue to sell them
