Builders warehouse
I bought a shower door from their online store the 2 Oktober and haven't received it yet. I made about 10 calls to there complaints department with numerous promises of escalating the matter and absolutely no body phone's me back and can give me a update!!! The matter has been escalate to the manufacturer and no door at all. Unfortunately if you have a complaint or enquiry the call center staff are professional and helpful but their seniors don't respond to the complaints.
