What a *********** call centre and staff. Order *** was placed on 26 June 2024. Immediately I checked my bank when it said payment failed. The money had gone off my account and I phone ***to ask what was going on. Just send us proof of payment. Well, today is 28 June 2024 no refund neither a vacuum cleaner. The service absolutely sucks!! I have been on the phone everyday with regards to this purchase.

28 Jun 2024, 17:13Thank you for the feedback I think the right procedure would be to do a special clearance and EFT this refund ASAP. I have been on the phone and writing emails for 3 days. This is the least that Builders Warehouse can do for the customer.
