Builders warehouse

We bought AEG 5 burner stove from Builders Warehouse Sunningdale in Dec of 2022. Since the day we started using the oven we had problems. Builders customer was quick to response on our complaint and they confirmed with me more than a week ago that they will either give us a credit or replace the stove. This is after 4 months struggling to solve the issue. More than a week has passed and we are still sitting with a faulty oven and further communication from Builders sunningdale. Just emails from the customer care centre apologies for the inconvenience caused. I am sorry but that does not solve our problem.
