BUILDERS VOSLOORUS DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND ME

What a nonsense service I got at Builders Vosloorus, paid for my quotation on the 10-01-2019 via EFT but took some time to reflect on their side that as a result I decided to buy most of the items cash as i had to get the job done in my house, now i went back to them to ask if i can still take some of the things still listed in my quotation and then have the balance refunded, but the person in charger of accounts there Ms Patronella told me that it is a must that I take things amounting to the quotation that i have previously done and paid for. what kind of nonsense is that, yet some of products i was looking for, for my garden they did not have. I have been calling and driving to the store but it seems like it has all been in vain.

I have given them my contact details yet when ever I call they keep asking for them, why are customers not take seriously, and the attitude I got was as if I came there as a ****** instead of a customer. I am not even sure of whether they have truly made submission to your head office as i keep on giving my details again and again...I am tired of all this ****py nonsense service i keep getting. I have been at Builders Boksburg and Builders Alberton, and none of this ****py service I have received from those stores. Please refund me my money.
