Builders Very poor customer service

I placed an online order on the 19 September 2020 for a pool heat pump and as per my order the item will be ready for collection on the 11 October 2020 however it seems as the supplier does not have stock of the item therefore the order was cancelled. I am waiting two weeks for my money to be refunded and no one at builders can assist. Very poor customer service my reference number is ***
