Builders Useless House

All Builders Warehouse customers, please try and source your products elsewhere. Builders Warehouse have by far the most *********** employees services and processes. I went this morning to Fourways Branch. Online and on their system it indicated they have a quantity of 3 in stock of the item I wanted, which actually was nowhere to be found. Their system indicated that Strubens Valley have 4 in stock. After 45 minutes of holding on in store to contact the Strubens Valley Branch without any success I decided to rather go to work and try again later. At work I phoned again with the call being dropped 3 times (after about ten minutes of waiting for a operator to pick up it seems the call is being dropped). At 16h00 I finally spoke to an operator that was suppose to phone me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say that after 17h00 I had to phone again because nobody called back. After another 20 minutes minutes they were sorry that they still cannot confirm stock at Strubens Valley Branch. So after wasting more that 1.5 hours of my life I still don't know if they have the item I desire it stock. For heavens sake - I am not asking Builders to make Namibia win the Rugby World Cup. I just want to know - do you have item ***X in stock and in 95 minutes you could not do that.
