Builders unprofessional service

I ordered items online at Builders Warehouse and requested that the items be delivered in Cape Town.

A few days after I had paid for the order, I received an SMS notifying me that the order had been delivered. The same day I received the message notifying me that the order had been delivered, someone from Builders called to let me know that the order had not been delivered and that the SMS I had received was a mistake. We then agreed that they would deliver some of the items that they have in stock and the rest would be delivered when stock arrived.

To my surprise, the next day I received an SMS notifying me that the Builders Warehouse in Constanta Berg had refunded some of the money back into my account. It took me almost 10 days to find out why the money had been refunded.

Today I received a call from a lady at Builders Warehouse Constanta notifying me that the money had been refunded because they didn't have stock and that they would be re-invoicing today.

What's disappointing is that the lady who called me had no idea as to when the remaining items will be delivered as they currently do not have stock and they do not know when they will receive it. My client is asking when he can expect delivery of the remaining items and I can not answer that because Builders does not know when.
