Builders Tygerberg bad service

Branch: B40 Tygerberg On 03/08/2023 I bought four(4) speedheat instant water heating 5volt units online, the price was R1650 each making the total of R6600 and were delivered to me on 15/08/2023. On 2023/09/27 the product was installed and all four(4) units were not heating water. On 2023/09/28 I returned the product (all 4 units) to Builders Tygerberg store and was told that they can not refund me because I had the product for more than 30days and also asked to give them 21days then go and collect the product. I then told them that I was not satisfied with the product and not that I was just trying to trick them in getting the money I have spent back, if they liked I was willing to take a voucher in order to use the money on something else.

They also denied me that. On 2023/11/02 I went back to their store after getting no form of contact from them and again was told that the store manager was not around, I was gonna be contacted they have my contact details. The money I have spent purchasing the speedheat was too much and only the store manager can give a way forward, and up until now non of their stuff had bothered contacting me. All I want is for them to refund me my money now please. I have also sent them my complaint via email and they did not reply.
