Builders trade full of lies

I've been going back and forth trying to get a simple answer as to why and how does MASS MART condone the devious and lieful manner of operating by their branch manager Jorge Oake. Every time I put up a review, I get the same response. I have attached a screenshot showing the reply from builders. I then responded giving them my contact number and nobody has called.
