Builders trade depot devious ways of operating

Ive had a bad experience with builders......ive got an ongoing issue with builders and i was recently told by a builders consultant that i signed a final declaration. Now i was ******* into signing that by the admin manager Eva so asked me to sign a document as proof of receipt for the funds i was re-imbursed. I then asked her what is going on with my query and Eva told me infront of witnesses that Jorge Oake is still handling the matter and will get back to me. So i left the store knowing my matter was not completed and still ongoing. Now im told that i signed a final declaration which to my understanding means i was happy with everything. This is not the case at all.... and i am disgusted in the devious and outright disrespectfull manner that builders is treating me.
