Builders Toilet Not Stronger Than a Mirror and Yet Asked to Replace The Whole System When Only the Tank Broke (No Response)

Dear Builders,

I recently bought a betta toilet set at Pietermaritzburg Traders Builders. Unfortunately, small bathroom mirror fell and mirror didn't break but toilet tank cover broke.

I've gone around to try and get a replacement but CTM only has a different model. I then went to Traders Builders to see if I can get the supplier to replace however, I was told I will need buy the whole system which for me was so unrealistic.

I then spoke to a gentleman and he advised the same and then asked him to follow-up with a supplier he then promised to come back to me by atleast this morning and since have not received a response.

The toilet system was bought at Builders Warehouse and funny enough the mirror is stronger than the "hard stone" toilet.
