Builders Superstore Tembisa, poor seevice

Poor service received at Tswelopele Builders superstore in Tembisa, the staff and manager could not help with an exchange just because I had misplaced the slip, even after I gave them all details regarding the purchase I made. Managers name is Donald. It's 5 days now since they said they will get back to me and still no one has called me. I lodged a complain on their Facebook page, had a chat with some one who also requested for my details including proof of purchase, still no feedback after that. Yesterday I called the Builders contact center and I was put through to the Tswelopele branch, both managers were on lunch as told by the lady who picked up the phone, she took my name and number saying she will ask that I be called back... No one called.
