Builders Superstore Protea Glen full of empty promises (waiting for delivery)

I purchased 5000 stock bricks on Saturday 30 November 2019 (***) and was promised that they would be delivered on Wednesday 04 December 2019. Brian told me that the first batch of bricks (2500 bricks) has been loaded on the truck and has left the store to deliver them to my house (I called at 05:21pm - 04 Dec 2019). I had people waiting the whole day for the bricks to be delivered but they havnt as promised. If you cant keep to your promise then say so, rather then lying to me about my delivery!!! I could have purchased at BigSky hardware or Cash Build which is a few kms away!!! terrible service provided and full of empty promises !!!! and this is the second time I'm experiencing issues with the delivery at this store !!! Everytime I call to follow up about MY delivery I get told 'You're not the only person who is waiting for a delivery'. So its normal for customers who have PAID to get told this nonsense ?!!!
