Builders SUCKS

Approximately 18 months ago, I had to create an account with Builder's to enable me to hire a tool. Since then I have not used, nor wanted to use the account. For the last 9 months or so, I get sms's telling me that purchases are made on an account not belonging to me. Apparently, my cell phone number is linked to someone else's account. I have made probably 8 phone calls. I have gone into my nearest store. I have spoken to a man by the name of Abdul Abrahams about this. I have spoken to the owner of this account. I have written email after email to the "friendly staff" at Builder's info email address. NOBODY has sorted this out. NOBODY has contacted me as promised when I get an sms related to my email. NOBODY CARES. Builder's Warehouse sucks!!!!
